This independent villa is located along the road that leaves the enchanting village of Portovenere and runs along the sea, at the bottom of the hill. You access it from a gate on the road and, going up a flight of stairs, you reach the two units which take up the two floors of the house. They are independent apartments and have the same surface space, but their interiors have been divided up differently: both have beautiful outdoor terraces as their strong point, equipped for comfortably lounging and eating outside, set amidst the Mediterranean vegetation and directly overlooking the sea. Right below the house there are a few small beaches, while if you take just a short walk you can reach the numerous restaurants and shops of Portovenere and the ferries that will take you to the Cinque Terre and the other characteristic villages on the Gulf of Poets. Both the apartments have modern-style furnishings, which are simple but comfortable and can also be rented together for larger groups.
